I used to have “rushing syndrome,” constantly sprinting toward my goals, believing happiness awaited me after success. But as soon as I reached one goal, another urgent one appeared. Instead of celebrating, I chased the next milestone. Years of this left me exhausted & depleted, leading to panic attacks for the first time in my life. This was my turning point. I had to slow down and change my approach. In this space, I found room to transform—not from external achievements, but from within. I realized that to have the life I wanted AND be happy, I needed to become a new person. That’s when the inner work began. First, I shifted out of fight-or-flight through somatic healing & nervous system regulation, restoring my baseline of safety. Then, I uncovered the root of my suffering—subconscious programs fueling the ‘not enoughness’ I was trying to fix. Through guided tools, I reprogrammed the trauma & limiting beliefs that kept me stuck in a cycle of striving. I began to show up differently, embracing surrender, detachment, and trust in myself & the Universe. As my intuition grew, I took bold action in new directions, surpassing old goals in less time than I imagined. But now, I didn’t need those goals to be happy. I was happy. Present. Loving. And so was my life🥹 Now, I’ve achieved the life & goals I once strived for, and it’s more beautiful than I imagined. I’m truly here—present & grateful💖 As for my next goals? I know I’ll reach them, but I’m in no rush💅🏼 You don’t have to keep striving endlessly. Fulfillment is possible right here, right now, while moving toward your biggest goals. You can have the career, relationships, & lifestyle you want without sacrificing your happiness. And from this place, reaching your goals, becomes a natural & effortless extension of showing up as YOU, fully in your power. When you stop chasing and start living from inner alignment, everything changes. And it all starts with the inner work✨🦋🧬

🔒FULL BODY WORKOUT🔒 . Partnered up with my new friend @sweatyallison_fitness today and put both of us through a killer fun workout 😵🔥 this one was focused on feeling explosive, athletic, and balanced all around. Here’s the breakdown! . SPRINTS: you know the deal, just run as fast as you can for 200m . PUSH SLED: whether you’re pushing or pulling, make sure you can keep a scapular engagement to have a better drive with the legs. Keep the hips driven in while pushing, drop the hips and raise the chest when pulling, and ALWAYS fully extend the leg to get the most out of it . LUNGES: step forward, touch knee to floor while having base of weight in front heel. Keep core solid and alternate . MODIFIED ROW: pick up weight and start in a full lumbar extension, but not hyper. The glutes and core are working together to keep your spine and whole body straight while you simply pull the weight into your lower chest . PUSH PRESS: just like the row, the glutes+core are firing, only now is an overhead press . TRANSVERSE TWIST: taking some good weight off of the bar, stand up in a wide but comfortable stance with bar overhead. Dictate the movement with your feet as both of them rotate to the side, allowing your hips to subtly hinge as you control the bar down to your hip. Feel free to initiate momentum hip a hip pop as you thrust the weight back up to origin and feet start to follow the bar essentially. Alternate sides . HANGING LEG/KNEE RAISES: whatever grip you prefer, just make sure you can engage your lats to keep your body connected by muscle rather than joints. Control the way up and down under the same tempo to resist momentum coming down and losing control of your body . Enjoy! 🔒 . 🎶: Action Bronson - Actin Crazy
