After almost a year I’m going back to Brazil. I’ve been through good and bad moments during my stay and I’ve met many incredible people that I’m so grateful for. For those who think that living abroad is easy, you are wrong. You have many moments of joy, of course, but it’s a completely different culture, different language, different rules, and staying away from your friends and family is very hard. I came to the US full of dreams and expectations about the future that didn’t come true, but the important thing is the growth this experience brought me. Today I can say that I’m not the same person I was when I left Brazil and that’s why I love traveling by myself, we are always learning from our mistakes and sharing stories with people. My dreams are still waiting to become true, so I’ll be back soon! 🇺🇸

Depois de quase um ano estou voltando para o Brasil. Passei bons e maus momentos durante a minha estadia e conheci muitas pessoas incríveis pelas quais sou muito grata. Para quem acha que morar no exterior é fácil, engana-se. Você tem muitos momentos de alegria, é claro, mas é uma cultura completamente diferente, um idioma diferente, regras diferentes e ficar longe de seus amigos e familiares é muito difícil. Vim para os EUA cheio de sonhos e expectativas sobre o futuro que não se concretizaram, mas o importante é o crescimento que essa experiência me trouxe. Hoje posso dizer que não sou a mesma pessoa que era quando saí do Brasil e por isso adoro viajar sozinha, estamos sempre aprendendo com nossos erros e compartilhando histórias com as pessoas. Meus sonhos ainda estão esperando para se tornar realidade, então voltarei em breve! 🇺🇸
