allison my love, diving in deep with you is the only way to go; and there’s nothing more that i love than finding new bodies of water to swim in with you (while you flip, duh). i cannot imagine my life without you to beat dead horses with (god, bodies, mothers, what have you)and that’s just the honest truth.

i hope this year and every year after are just as beautiful 🦀❤️

LiB ⚡️🌀❤️‍🔥👽🌈🧚🏼‍♀️👻🪩🤪 There's not much I love more than my friends, & music, & dancing, & being outside, & side questing, & just straight chillinnnggggg. LiB is all of that and so much more 🥹🫶🏼🫶🏼

This was my 2nd year attending with a bunch of my best friends & @retreatswithmadiandbianca fam and it truly is the most beautiful reunion 😭🙏🏼 I love that even though it's so big it feels so small!! You're literally always running into people you know. And the vibe is always just so perfect.

I'm already so excited for next year. We literally already bought our group campsites eeeeeeeeek ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️

Golden hour x Camp EVOLVE x @libfestival ⚡️❤️‍🔥🌀🧚🏼‍♀️🧚🏿‍♀️

This was our 2nd year creating Camp EVOLVE at lightning in a Bottle with around 25 of our retreat alumni/future attendees + a bunch of friends and fam 🥹💕💕 this is truly the best group of humans to go to a music festival with & I'm sosososo grateful for this community!!!

A lot of people were missing for this sunset photo shoot on the last day but they were with us in spirit, and definitely having the time of their lives somewhere else at the festival. Low key they were prob at the woogie with the queen of the do lab @sophiabarri ⚡️⚡️

One of our fav EVOLVE rituals 🥹🌀💗✨ SENDING and RECEIVING LOVE 💓

On one of our plant medicine days, we begin the day with a beautiful ceremony centered around receiving love.

One by one, each woman lays in the center of the group while everyone sends her love & good energy. The group shares affirmations, reflections, words of wisdom, reminders of who the receiver is and how loved she is, and messages they feel she needs to hear.

For many, it's easier to pour love into others than to fully receive it themselves.

We are all deserving of so much love, joy, peace, bliss, abundance, and alllllll the magic and beauty this life has to offer though!! This is a space to soften, be witnessed, and fully receive love from women who truly see you as your highest self ❤️

Everyone always feels so full of love and peace after this ceremony, and it truly is the perfect way to enter a plant medicine journey 💕

This beautiful ceremony was originally taught to me by queen @micaelamariner when she attended my Conscious Creator retreat 🥹🫶🏼🫶🏼

EVOLVE alumni rave retreat weekend: because spiritual girls party too 😤❤️‍🔥🌀😈🤪

@madimaple and I hosted a sneaky rave weekend for the girlies who've experienced the intense ceremonies & deep healing in the jungle with us...

and who were ready to get a lil chaotic with us 🌀 low key, high key partying is healing sooo

17 EVOLVE girlies flew into SLC for a weekend of raving, connection, adventures, and SO MUCH FUN ❤️‍🔥

We collaborated with @plumhouseslc for our first two rave nights, with queen @soniasolll headlining ⚡️

Plus sets from our girl @dj.angiec, @_h.com_ @maplomusic with @lextacymusic and @onnwiiaudioandvisual, and of course Mommy Madi on the decks too ❤️‍🔥

Night 3 was parking garage chaos with @blaqvoid to see @phrvabass who threw tf down 👑

Oh ya we also hit an escape room + did an awesome manifestation workshop. Unsurprisingly, @dj.angiec's manifestation about being booked to play @shambhala_mf has ALREADY COME TO FRUITION!

And ya that's all cool, but the best part??

The women who attended, duhhh 🧚🏼‍♀️🧚🏿‍♀️

Even though all the girls came from different retreats, everyone INSTANTLY connected like they'd known each other forever. Also NOT A SURPRISE.

We've hosted around 400 women, and everyone truly is on the same vibe; we believe in a balanced approach to spirituality and wellness, and understand that partying with intention is ALSO HEALING & SPIRITUAL AF.

Dancing all night long, staying up late laughing & smoking cigs, and just hanging out and being unhinged with the homies... is just as important as the deep inner work!!!!!

Once you've experience EVOLVE, you just get it.

You get how deep it goes, how intense it is... how fast you open, how quickly you connect.

You KNOW that all the girlies are gonna be your vibe too, and when we all come together like this, it's just so effortless and iconic ❤️‍🔥

God I love these women and this community SO much.

EVOLVE FOR FREAKING EVER BABY!!!!
