renovating this house together has been one of the hardest and most satisfying things i’ve ever done and i wouldn’t trade this experience for anything! while we’re on the subject… we’re already mentally planning a full home build from the ground up, just where is the question… but also we still have to finish the deck build, the patio build, and a full bathroom renovation 😆🫶🏻💫

When your bar looks this good, Happy Hour is always at home. 🍸🥂✨

A little mood, alot of luxury, and the perfect setup for cocktails without leaving the house. 🤎 @jossandmain

Home bar designed & styled by me.

Client asked for an elevated bar how did I do?

I wanted to keep it classy and not tons of bottles exposed.

I’m obsessed with the fluted bar cabinet ✨ fresh floral arrangement by me.

A little patio refresh just before summer ☀️ says goodbye.

Crisp black & white with a bold pop of red from these faux florals that look SO natural. Just in time for Labor Day weekend festivities! Looks like a completely different space.
All items purchased from @wayfair shop the end of summer Labor Day sales so your patio can look like this.

Design completed right in time for fall. The colors are so warm. Client wanted color but wanted to keep it safe. We went with chocolate, deep olive, rust, cream and pops of matte black and warm gold. Swipe to see the beautiful rich olive dining chairs.

These chairs are stunning! So comfortable and so stylish. The color is perfect. And the art 🤩 72x72 filled this 100 inch wall so nicely. Swipe for a before of my clients space so you’ll see how it was transformed 🫶🏽

Before. Client had the table which is absolutely stunning. So I found the perfect chairs to fill such a beautiful table. Will be adding new statement lighting.

The new pendant lighting and matte black cabinet hardware was the perfect accent to this kitchen.

A beautiful rug can completely transform a room, but choosing the right one isn’t always about spending more.

Size, material, and pattern all play a role in making a space feel thoughtfully designed. And knowing where to shop can make a big difference in your budget.

In this video, I’m sharing a few of my favorite designer tips and five places to shop for rugs at different price points.

Because good design isn’t about spending the most. It’s about choosing well.

What’s your favorite place to shop for rugs?

HOME SWEET HOME // I sometimes put off executing ideas because it’s not going to be perfect, I don’t have all the right things, or maybe someone has already done something similar (and better).

In turn, I have to remind myself that it is better to create something and later improve upon it, than to never have created anything at all.

I thoroughly believe that homes are meant to be collected over time, not all at once. They should be filled with pieces from travel, sentimental family items, handmade gifts - things that evoke memories or feelings.

So, while I don’t have all the “right” pieces for the perfect photoshoot . . .

I do love this home that we have created together and all of the memories it has housed ❤️
