Training these group was amazing before my vacation. Usually its not this big at all, however it was so dope how so many of them adjusted their schedules so that we can get those days in before I took a week off. I love my job, love my clients. They always putting in work. They make my job so fun #personaltrainer #trainer #sdpersonaltrainer #grouptraining

We had a wonderful time at our Coronado sunset beach walk!

Total distance: 3 miles 🌅

Walking supports cardiovascular health and mood, while time spent in natural “blue spaces” is associated with greater physical activity and improved mental well-being. Adding the calming rhythm of the waves makes it one of the best ways to decompress, and reconnect. 🧘‍♀️

And for a cherry on top, we got gelato. A perfect summers night. Hope to see you at the next one!🍨

I love working with my clients and motivating them. My day starts at 3am to make it to the gym to train myself at 4. I give to myself first so that I can always try to give them the beat version of myself. Proud of u guys and the hardwork yall put in on a daily basis #onlinetrainer #personaltrainer #fitnessgoals #thegymsd #lifestyle

Everyone needs a Sydnie in their life. 💕

I love telling the story of how we met.

It was August 2009 at @sfasu. I was a freshman who had somehow landed in remedial math because, well… I was terrible at math. I sat in the front row, and this very loud person sat down next to me. 😂

I was a sheltered kid from Kingwood (lovingly known as “the bubble”), and I honestly didn’t know what to make of her at first. But little by little, we became friends.

Then the semester ended, and we went our separate ways.

By pure chance, she became my suitemate. Somehow, she also convinced me to move into an apartment with her. 🤣 Along the way, she taught me so much—how to cook, how to love people exactly as they are, and she even gave me the gift of sharing Roe and Wade with me, her beloved pet rats. 🐀🤣

When Syd graduated a year early and moved all the way to California, I was heartbroken. I figured distance would eventually pull us apart.

But one thing about Syd? She never stopped showing up.

She never stopped calling, texting, checking in, and making space for our friendship. Seventeen years later, we have Wywy, countless memories, and the kind of friendship I dreamed about having when I was a little girl.

I am so incredibly lucky to have you in my life, and I know everyone who knows you feels the same way.

Happy Birthday, Syd. Thank you for being one of the greatest gifts in my life. I love you. 💕✨
