Joined the 45 min wave and finished in 38:45 😳😵‍💫 @vitalitylondon10k @vitality_uk 🏃🏻‍♀️ Fuelled by many an @august.bakery_ pastry, @wildfarmed crumpets, @waitrose baguettes & ofc all the @prozis snacks + refuelled with BEAUT sandwiches @stubbyslondon ♥️ Still got almost no belief in myself or my body (tbf I'm still battling daily with pain 🤦🏻‍♀️) but for someone absolutely adamant they couldn't run close to a sub 20 5k - spent the morning "arguing" with Tim I couldn't hold a 4 min/km pace - I defs surprised myself (a lot 😂) Shin splints from km 2 was a hard no x Insanely long queues as always 🥲 but at least I made a friend 🐶 Pre race rest & fuel @august.bakery_ - 11/10 as always 😮‍💨 Still my fave 🥐 in London, possibly ever tbh Even when I get things I don't typically like (eg fruit, buns, or both 😂) @august.bakery_ absolutely nail it 🙏🏻 This apricot crumble brioche was 🔥 "Pre race fuel" but really just stuff I eat every day - such a creature of habit 😂 (minus the pasta coz I just don't love pasta sorry not sorry) Oats, cereal, @wildfarmed crumpets, bread of any description, @prozis spreads & cookies + my latest love @creatimehq 💚 Love love LOVE that they do halves so you can mix & match! We still got 2 whole ones but it means I could get 2 halves of the ones Tim didn't want to try as a second sandwich 🫶🏻 Obvs taking refuelling more seriously than the race x @stubbyslondon Me 🤝🏼 mont blanc Done to absolute perfection (also got a latte after & @allpressespressouk is just so good ♥️) Vvv generous portions too 🙌🏻 Big sandwiches & absolutely stuffed 🙏🏻 I was sure Adam would be my fave but Tamsin was surprisingly top for me (v closely followed by Sadie!) Current menu pic butttt they switch up the sandwiches regularly so defs one to revisit!! @prozis always keeping my snack addiction well catered for ♥️ NICKIC10 for 10% off (& free PB too atm!!)

Being a great coffee partner is about more than what’s in the bag. It’s checking in, topping up stock, talking through the next location, jumping behind the bar or grabbing the toolbox when needed. Whatever it takes to keep the coffee flowing. Our guys Matt and Blake in QLD know what’s up; going the extra mile is what makes a partnership with Allpress different.

For Benny and the Bleached team, the café experience distils down to 50% in the cup, 50% outside the cup. Great coffee is only part of the equation when it comes to great hospitality.  Bleached | 109 Devon Street West, New Plymouth

September in this city never disappoints 🌆💃🏼 🍳 Two stunner brunches I keep going back to at @pavilion_bakery & @allpressespressouk 🍴 Found my new home at @rochellecanteen 🤩 Somehow got invited to the @britishbakeoff new series launch party?? 🏺 Threw pottery for the first time at @bonbonpotterylondon and I would highly recommend! 🌳 Finally spent some time at home in the wee garden & baking the first pies of the season 🤩 Saw @hilaryduff IRL at @theo2london and it was what dreams are made of 🍣 @saltwater.sushi saved the day by giving us the sushi I’ve been hoping for this whole timeee 🍴 Gorgeous dinners at @kettners.soho @akara.london and @kid_soho 🌊 Took my bike out to Whitstable for the day for a bit of fresh air and a lovely pub lunch at @thesportsmanpub 🎾 And watched some tennis greats face off at @lavercup #livinginlondon #girlsinlondon #londonfood #londonrestaurants #thingstodoinlondon

Your morning brew has a lot to do with your barista. But just as important is the gear they’re brewing it on. We spent the day with our UK technicians, Jon and Dane, to see exactly what goes on behind the scenes to keep our partners brewing smoothly. From preventative maintenance to fixing faults, and even jumping behind the machine for a coffee or two, they’re here to keep things running, day after day.

We couldn’t build a shop with a ridiculous turnaround time and not document it… 12 weeks in and we feel it’s a good time to look back at the chaos that unfolded leading up to the opening our of Northern Quarter flagship store. We can’t thank our customers, staff, sponsors, DJs, bands and Manchester for welcoming us with open arms and making this journey so amazing. You can watch the full video on our YouTube channel.
