Couples counseling? Can’t help you there. A standing workout date twice a week? That we can do.

The Couples Pack gives you a built in accountability buddy, a little healthy competition 😉, and one less thing to plan. We come to you. You train together. Everyone wins!

Muscle is one of the few things we can actively build now that pays us back for decades!! Starting as early as our 30s, we naturally begin losing muscle mass. Less muscle can mean less strength, lower energy, slower metabolism, reduced balance, and a harder time staying independent as we get older.

At Volt, we’re not just training for summer. We’re training for the version of ourselves we’ll be at 60, 70, and 80.

EMS helps recruit up to 90% of your muscle fibers in a single 20-minute session, making it one of the most efficient ways to build and maintain strength without the wear and tear of traditional training.

Build muscle now.
Thank yourself later

I felt really empowered by this photoshoot. I was nervous prior to shoot day that I didn’t have enough props, didn’t prep enough…prepping for a house shoot sometimes can take 2 full days. The @allset_service team and I worked so well together and I just showed up with everything from my own home and office; my art, my sketchbooks, collected objects, pieces from my sample library, meticulously curated and collected since 2022. I took a breath and looked around on this day and felt so genuinely myself in this moment.

Took a walk outside in the rain this morning with my youngest, spring is here and it is filling me with soft joy. Felt inspired to post an outdoor poolside moment; a Matisse inspired umbrella canopy next to some classic Christopher Farr stripes….paired with the definitive 1966 Knoll Collection. Born from a challenge, Florence Knoll tasked Richard Schultz to create outdoor furniture that could stand up to the brutal Floridian salty air and to this day, there aren’t many collections that pail in comparison.
