I stopped needing to know how everything was going to work out.
I stopped needing every answer before I took the next step.
I stopped trying to control what I had already prayed about.

Some seasons taught me how to fight.
This season is teaching me how to trust.

Trust God.
Trust the process.
Trust what’s being removed.
Trust what’s being revealed.
And trust the woman I’m becoming through it all.

I may not see the entire path yet, but I know who I’m walking with. 🤎✨

In God I trust.

I lost 100+ pounds.

But the biggest thing I gained was proof.

Proof that I could do something hard.
Proof that I could keep going when I didn’t feel motivated.
Proof that I could make different choices long enough to create a different life.

The weight loss changed my body.

But the process changed how I saw myself.

Because once you’ve done something you once thought you couldn’t do…

you start questioning every other limit you’ve placed on your life.

Why can’t I build it?
Why can’t I become it?
Why can’t I do the next hard thing too?

That’s what becoming means to me.

Not waking up one day as a completely different person.

Choosing differently.
Showing up differently.
Building evidence.
Becoming someone you can trust.

The 100 pounds were visible.

The woman I became in the process was the real transformation.

And now when life gets hard, I have something to remind myself:

I’ve changed my life before. I can do it again.

If you know you’re ready for your own becoming season, DM me BECOMING. 🤎

Sometimes you’re not stuck.

You’re just trying to build a new life with an old identity.

You keep buying the books.

You keep saving the posts.

You keep telling yourself, “Monday will be different.”

But nothing changes.

Not because you’re lazy.

Not because you’re incapable.

And not because you need more motivation.

The truth?

You already know more than enough.

The real question is:

Why can’t you consistently do what you already know?

Maybe it’s the limiting beliefs.

Maybe it’s the fear.

Maybe it’s the patterns you’ve outgrown but haven’t released.

You weren’t created to live in survival mode.

You were created to become.

And becoming starts when you stop asking, “What’s wrong with me?” and start asking, “Who do I need to become?”

✨ Clarity today. Transformation tomorrow.

Had to say goodbye to the old me. 🥹✨

Not because she wasn’t worthy…
but because she couldn’t come where I was going.

The biggest transformation wasn’t my body.

It was my identity.

I started thinking differently.
Choosing differently.
Showing up differently.

And eventually, my outside started reflecting who I was becoming on the inside.

That’s the part people miss:

You don’t create a new life while holding onto an old version of yourself.

Sometimes the breakthrough is simply deciding:

I’m not her anymore.

And becoming the woman you know you’re capable of being. ✨

If you feel like you’ve outgrown who you’ve been, DM me “BECOMING.” Your next version is waiting. #IdentityShift #PersonalTransformation #SelfGrowthJourney #weightlossjourney #healtylife

You keep saying you want a different life… but are you willing to think differently enough to create one?

Because your life doesn’t change just because you want more.

Your thoughts influence what you believe.
Your beliefs influence what you expect.
What you expect influences the choices you make.
And the choices you repeat become your reality.

So if you constantly tell yourself:

“I’m behind.”
“Nothing ever works for me.”
“I don’t have enough.”
“I always mess things up.”
“Maybe I’m just not meant for more.”

Eventually, you start living like those things are true.

That’s why becoming isn’t just about changing what you do.

It starts with recognizing the identity, beliefs, and patterns you’ve been operating from and intentionally choosing something different.

You don’t have to control the whole world.

You have to learn how to govern your inner world while you move through it.

Because when your thinking changes, your choices can change.

And when your choices change consistently?

Your life has no choice but to start looking different.

You know you’re meant for more… but something keeps pulling you back into the same patterns.

It’s not because you aren’t capable.

You’re trying to create a new life from an old identity.

Survival mode taught you how to get through life.
Now it’s time to learn how to intentionally create it.

That means becoming more self-aware.
Trusting yourself.
Breaking patterns that no longer serve you.
Moving with discipline and purpose.
And creating alignment across every area of your life.

Because the next level isn’t just about what you do.

It’s about who you become.

That’s what we do at Be Great With Tae.

We uncover what’s keeping you stuck, identify who you’re becoming, and create a clear path to help you move from where you are → to where you know you’re capable of being.

You don’t find the person you’re meant to be.
You become them. 🌿

Ready to see what’s actually standing between you and your next level?

Once you realize you may be part of the problem, you regain the power to become the solution.

That is where transformation begins: not with blame, shame, or excuses but with awareness.

Recognize the pattern.
Evaluate what it has been creating.
Choose a new response.
Become someone capable of producing a different result.

You cannot change what you refuse to acknowledge, but once you see it, you can R.E.C.O.D.E. it. ✨

You keep waiting for a sign. This is it.

I’m ready to solve it with you. One call. One real map for the next 30 days. No more sitting in the same spot hoping it shifts on its own.

You were never created to live small. God formed you with purpose before anyone had an opinion about who you should be. Let go of fear, release comparison, and step fully into the person He created you to become.

Remember your power. The world is waiting for your light. 💛
