Self-restraint isn’t restriction.
It’s alignment.

What you use to escape will eventually become what you’re escaping from.

Dopamine pleasures are finite.
Discipline compounds.

Weak appetites create weak men.
Guard your focus. God entrusts more to those who can govern themselves. #Pressure

You’re not broken because she left.
You’re broken because you liked the man you became when you were with her.

Her standards forced you to rise and for the first time, you saw a version of yourself you actually respected.

The mistake was thinking she was the reason.
The truth is: the standard was the reason.

A man needs his own standards.
Otherwise your whole identity becomes dependent on who you’re dating.

Hold your standard, with or without her.
That’s where real love begins
