Just some fun in the gym today. Who’s starting their physical journey now? We’re a private gym who is a family environment. We focus on humans who want to get stronger and learn to lift. Have people DM me. We host #powerlifting meets but that’s not something you have to do. The goal is to get stronger. Strength cures 90%. We’re looking for about 3-5 new members only. Some are headed to school and we will miss them. Always welcome back. Please share this to people, high schoolers, newbies, novice lifters. That’s where my passion is. Share away. #pushpullpoop #movementmade #squats #deads
