After over a year of the green, Ally gave me RAINBOW 🌈 I seriously have the best hair stylist ever. I am so amazed and grateful. 🥹

Some of my 2025 highlights. All years have ups and downs - but this year really was one for the books. It was my first full year in Missouri, which I have loved even more than I thought I would. I got engaged to my best friend. I stopped drinking as heavily. Went to some really great concerts and shows. I made some new friends, and lost some old friends. I continue to try to grow in a positive direction and even with how crazy the world is, and optimism can be hard to maintain, I try to remain a positive light and not let setbacks get me down. Thank you to all the lovely people in my life. Cheers to the new year 🎉🥳🎆🎇 (sorry to anyone I couldn’t fit a picture in of - it was really hard to compile 20 pics)

Hey, I’m Ally✂️🌿
Co-owner of Sage + Strand and a lover of all things hair, energy, and intentional beauty. I believe in a centered approach, treating your time in my chair like a mini-reset.
I am passionate about creating a look that feels effortless and authentic, blending my skill with intuitive energy to ensure you leave feeling completely refreshed and confident.
My downtime is all about grounding activities: quality time with my husband and our dog, meditating, hitting the hiking trails, and planning events to fill our house with good company.
Come sit in a space where you can feel seen, centered, and ready to walk back out into the world feeling your very best!
