Volleyball players need a strong, fast and durable upper body.

Fast arm swings, constant tension from your arms being above your head over and over setting the ball, stiff contact against hard swings for blocks and sharp angles for passes. All of these come with the game and you need to physically prepare your upper half for them.

Move fast, train all ranges of motion, build strength and flex a little bit. You’ve earned it 💪🏻
