✨ SUPPLIER SHOUTOUT ✨

A little bit of spring cleaning in the boutique today… straightening, sorting and generally making everything look lovely again.

And it got me thinking about just how lucky I am to work alongside SO many wonderful wedding industry suppliers.

Over the years, so many of the lovely people I’ve met through the wedding industry have become much more than just suppliers — they’ve become friends, trusted colleagues and people I know I can always pick up the phone to.

Whether it’s chatting through an idea, planning a collaboration, sharing a recommendation, solving a little wedding dilemma… or just having a good old chat and keeping me sane 😂

As the sole owner of Charlotte Grace, it can sometimes feel like I’m working on my own — but with this wonderful bunch around me, I never really feel like I am. 🥰

I’m incredibly grateful for every talented, kind and supportive supplier I’ve met along the way. You all play such a huge part in making the wedding industry the wonderful place it is.

I’m always proud to recommend and champion these amazing businesses to my brides, because I know they’ll look after them just as well as I would.

So today, it’s a little THANK YOU to my wedding industry friends and supplier family. 🥂

You know who you are… and I’m very lucky to have you!

Aimee & Richard 🤍

What a stunning day celebrating these two at the beautiful Karma Lake of Menteith ✨

After saying “I do”, they took a boat trip over to the island, enjoying some precious time together as newlyweds, just the two of them, soaking in the magic of their first moments as husband and wife🤍

And as if the setting couldn’t get any more magical, we even spotted an osprey flying overhead with its freshly caught fish! 🦅🐟✨

A truly unforgettable day in the most beautiful setting🤍

Russia and the USA to the Heart of Scotland

There is something profoundly beautiful about an intimate wedding that brings the whole world together. Recently, Culdees Castle had the honor of hosting a stunning couple—a Russian bride and a groom from the USA—who invited their loved ones to fly across oceans to meet in the Scottish highlands.

The day was a perfect tapestry of weather and whimsy. We saw the best of Scotland: soft rainfall giving way to a glowing golden hour. The terrace came alive with games and laughter as the sun dipped low, casting a perfect light over our unicorns, who added that extra touch of Scottish magic.

Inside, the atmosphere shifted to one of elegant warmth. A sumptuous banquet dinner was served under the soft flicker of candlelight, creating an environment where stories were shared across languages. The peace didn’t last long, however, as the guests surprised everyone with a perfectly choreographed flash mob dance routine!

It was a day defined by global connections, laughter, and the kind of memories that only a castle setting can provide.

A truly unforgettable intimate wedding where every guest felt like family, no matter how far they flew. This is what castle dreams are made of. ✨

A Night to Remember at Culdees 🥂

The energy was palpable last night as we welcomed back our favorite DJ @allybongodj to the decks! It was a masterclass in reading the room, with a seamless mix of tracks that kept the dance floor overflowing from start to finish.

We take pride in hosting the best celebrations, and last night was the perfect example of why the right music makes all the difference. To the happy couple and their dancing guests—thank you for the incredible energy! 🎤⭐

🎨 A few extra moments from the party
This video shows some of the other guests who were painted on the day — from fun face paint to a beautiful floral design on Lucus’s great granny’s décolletage. It was lovely working alongside DJ Ally Bongo, who provided the music, games, and bouncy castle fun. Proof that face paint has no age limit — everyone deserves a little colour and fun 🌸✨
