Our trip to Nariño, Colombia!!! 🇨🇴☕️ We got to spend time with coffee producers like Frank Torres and Francy Castillo and learn more about the work happening behind the scenes on their farms. From processing coffee to checking quality and selecting trees for replanting, there’s so much that goes into every harvest!!! 🤎🕊️

àirde is available now for pre-order, this year’s exclusive holiday pack. 💫 The pack features three coffees from varying elevations, exploring the role altitude plays in their development and character. Just another day in the office… getting to the shop early and setting the pace is something that I love to do. Little POV of me prepping the café for opening with one of my favorite daily driver coffees, El Cipres. A lightly roasted coffee from Chiapas, Mexico; sweet, snappy, and refreshing and highly chuggable ;) It brews great in all formats from pour over to espresso and anything in between. We really love this coffee and brought it in as a high production mainstay. Thank you @c_love and @allycoffee!! We are Connected By The Cup 💯 🎥 @foglinecoffee x @murdymedia

It’s been almost 10 months since I moved to Hamburg. My first chapter here wrapped up a bit sooner than expected, but between all those hours at the roasting machine and officially becoming a Q Grader, it was a solid run. For years, I’ve been quietly working on a personal project in the background. Recently, with the help of AI and a very supportive friend, I finally managed to shift things into high gear. Today, I’m super excited to announce the launch of Version 1 of coffeedictionary.com! I’m already confident that this is the largest and most comprehensive coffee dictionary out there, but it is still only at 20% of its full potential. While it will continue to grow as a side project, the vision is much bigger and to get there, I need the right people. That’s why I’m looking for teammates to join the journey. If you have an eye for visuals and UI design, or if you’d like to take on an editorial role to help expand the dictionary into other languages, I’d love to connect. Go check out the site, let me know what you think, and drop me a DM if you want to help build something great for the global coffee community!
