Vulnerability: So far this year has taught me a lot. For a majority of my life I held in certain thoughts & feelings with friends or family b/c I would have a pre-determined answer my head of being judged and thought of differently, “weak minded” mainly. But thats not the case at all! I’ve learned, all humans go through emotions and with vulnerability its a growth process and building block to elevate your inner self- future. I have learned to express not only my gratitude of life but, times I may feel down to get lifted back in the present moment and appreciate where I’m at and how I got here. Life is beautiful, The energy of empowerment or the amplitude of your inspiration must be greater than your times of feeling down!!
