Nothing beats Michigan summer & I had the best time this August coordinating the songwriting program @interlochenarts and teaching for my third year!! Thank you to my incredible faculty team we couldn’t have done it without you all🤍 & thank you to my lovely students for writing such thoughtful songs and asking a million music industry questions I was so happy to answer!!

IMPORTANT:
•
Your body is always listening.
Every meal, skipped meal, workout, and stressful day sends a signal.
•
When blood sugar swings wildly, your body gets the message:
🚨 “Energy is unstable. Hold onto fuel.”
•
That signal can increase fat retention, cravings, and burnout — even if calories, macro AND INGREDIENTS are “right.”
•
Blood sugar balance isn’t about cutting carbs or self-control…
It’s about sending calm, consistent signals that say:
✔️ We’re fed
✔️ We’re safe
✔️ We don’t need to store
•
Balanced meals.
Strength training.
Protein-forward mornings.
Sleep + stress support.

sooooo late to posting, but what an honor and privilege it was to have been Ally Lubera’s +1 to the Dolly Parton Musical’s Nashville Premier! (& afterparty 🤭) Obviously Dolly is my absolute fav — but to hear the stories and know how incredibly hard one of my best friends worked to bring the show to life — how INCREDIBLE. Ally you are one talented star! ⭐️ thank you, thank you, thank you! Can’t wait to watch it in NYC!
