Getting away from the busy life and schedule is rare but I’m glad that when I do it’s with great people and great experiences <3

So I recommend texting the groupchat and making sure you make it out of the chat !!

As a therapist, I never specify how to “move your body” when I say it…
this is exactly why

The best thing about 2025 is that it can’t hurt us anymore (and we got a cat)

Less than 24 hours before this challenge started… I had no plan.

I booked a last-second flight out of Calgary (leaving in under 12 hours), packed a bag, and told myself:

!!! Go be inspired. Meet people. Have fun. And remember why @barrys is the best workout in the world !!!

Chicago, you showed up for me. ❤️‍🔥 From Wicker Park to River North to the Red Room legends who pushed me, coached me, and cheered me on — this city reminded me why Barry’s feels like home everywhere I go.

Every stop on this trip was unplanned — choosing studios the night before or morning of — and every instructor, every front desk superstar, and every person who hyped me, laughed with me, or sprinted beside me made this week unforgettable.

I came to hit classes… but left with memories and people I won’t forget. Chicago, you gave me my spark back and I’ll be back. 💫

CHEERS TO ALL THE FRIGGIN AMAZING STAFF AND INSTRUCTORS!! 🥂🥂🥂

Now let’s see how many more Barry’s locations I can make it to in 19 days. 🚀

🏡 I HAD to come back to Wicker Park — the staff here made it feel like home the first time I walked in.

AND after all the recos telling me to try @slaymasterd’s class… y’all were right. It did NOT disappoint. 💪🔥

Chicago energy just hits different. Definitely missing this city! It was the first stop of many to come!
