Being alive (and in ur 20s) has been sooo uncomfortable and strange and weird and brutal and daunting and transformative and fun and confusing and cool and so on and on and on…

I feel I am constantly discovering pieces of myself I have never met before. It astounds me just how much there is to learn/relearn about oneself, as we are forever changing beings. ✌🏼

It has truly NEVER BEEN ABOUT THE DESTINATION and I can’t wait to see where the next year takes me

We are in flux with the universe sooooo best get with it

On Tuesday September 29th 11:30-12:30 we’re gathering a small group for lunch and an honest conversation about the blood, sweat & tears of supporting a dancer with big dreams.

Come connect with other moms and hear candid perspectives from Conflux professional dancers, educators, artistic leadership & fellow mothers about the things we’ve learned, grown through, wish we’d known—and hope to pass along to the next generation.

Bring your questions, concerns, dreams & ideas. We don’t have all the answers, but we’d love to have you at the table.

Anthony Johnson of @narratography has helped document Conflux from nearly the beginning, while founding company dancer @lindsaybgarrett of @coppernote has helped shape how our work is presented to the world through our posters and programs.

Sometimes we’ve hired their businesses. Sometimes they’ve generously donated their time and talent. Over the years, both have become an invaluable part of the Conflux creative community.

That’s one of the things we love about partnership: it doesn’t have to fit neatly into one box. Your business might have something to offer Conflux—and there may be something we can offer you, too.

Ever wondered what it feels like to start your day with a company ballet class?

This season, Minnesota Ballet Theatre is opening our morning Company Class to the wider dance community.

Adult ballet dancers, teachers, former dancers, pre-professional and professional dancers — you’re all welcome at the barre. If you’re comfortable at an intermediate–advanced level and looking for a strong 90-minute classical ballet class, come train with us.

Classes follow the Vaganova Method and move at a company pace, with a full barre and center designed to keep you moving, challenged, and growing.

No session commitment — simply choose the morning that works for you.
