i'm leaving italy with the fullest heart🤍🍋

it still doesn't feel real that i got to spend two weeks in italy doing what i love. thank you @staibdance and @gstaib for creating this space for us to learn and grow. getting to dance in such a beautiful place with so many incredible artists was such a gift, and i'm so grateful for everyone who made this experience what it was. i'm leaving with so much gratitude and memories i'll hold onto forever. (also, i've officially made my international dance debut eeeek)

I had so missed dancing with inquisitive, supportive, and FUNNY people for HOURS everyday! This was literally life-giving. Thank you @staibdance for the entire experience; it was a joy to be in community with everyone you brought together and I can’t wait to keep growing ☀️

Non ho le parole per descrivere quanta magica faceva questa esperienza. Se ho imparato qualcosa, è che l’italia è il mio focolare e la danza è il mio destino.

Ho avuto il privilegio per ballare con la compagnia Staibdance per le due semane passate e non posso esprimere sufficente il mio gratitudine.

Voglio ringraziare George, Anna, Sarah, e Patsy di Staibdance per tutto il loro lavoro per fare questa, eanche voglio ringraziare le istruttori invitati ho avuto la gioia di ci imparare, Monique, Victor, Oliver, e Gavriel.

E finalmente voglio ringraziare tutti i amici ho incontrato duranza questa tempo. Non posso aspettare finche non incontriamo un’altra volta.

E grazie mille a Carlo per fare Sant’agata sentire come il focolare e per sempre rispondere alle mie domande.

A few months ago, we had a conversation about starting some of our own family traditions. We decided that, for October, we would learn the Thriller dance. We didn’t have a lot of time to learn this because Alma needed to get home and the Kimberly and Layla needed to get ready for bed.

So get ready for our first annual Thriller Night. In our matching onesies.
