Two shows this week! ✌️

I am so so honored to be a part of The Bay Area Artist Census’ Mini Fest this Saturday!! Getting to perform live at an event about supporting the local creative community?! Ummm yes please. Come hangout— there’s live music and local artists and good food and meaningful convos and A RAFFLE 🎶🎨🗣️ @vitalartsorg

And tomorrow (Tuesday 9/22) is my monthly performance at the wonderful @pizzeriavittorialg ! I’ll be playing for 2 hours under the redwoods while you enjoy pizza & drinks & friendship 🌲🍕🍻

Good week! Let’s rock it! 🤘

Huge shoutout to @almaapertures for capturing this shot at my last show 📸

A pretty special moment seeing our studio in print this week. 🤍

What started as an idea for a different space for moms and families is becoming very real.

Thank you to the Los Gatan for sharing our story, and a very special thank you to the families who have already joined us as Founding Members. Seeing your names come through and choosing to be apart of this from the very beginning means more than I can say.

We’re getting closer and I can’t wait to welcome you inside.

We made the cover of the Los Gatan 🖤

Almost 10 years in, and my heart is genuinely full. This is for every person who’s ever worked alongside me at Salt & Stone Catering, and for every client who trusted us with their table & event. Full story link in bio.

Grateful everyday for such a fun creative company alongside some of my dearest friends in this life.

“One of the beautiful elements of dance is that it’s fleeting,” William Stout said. “The nature of film allows you to capture that beauty for eternity.”

It’s an honor to be featured by @losgatan, sharing the journey that began at @losgatosballet and led to the creation of @thewilltodance and the documentary currently in the works.

Elevation starts with discernment.

✨The rooms you enter
✨The conversations you entertain.
✨The standards you enforce.

Being comfortable keeps most people stuck. Not because they lack potential but because they refuse to move differently.

Walk alone if necessary.

The life you desire won’t be handed to you. It requires intentionality and discipline.

This is for the woman who doesn’t explain herself. ✨

I don’t chase rooms. I place myself in them.

Distance doesn’t intimidate me, staying the same does.

Every mile, every conversation, every unfamiliar space has increased my confidence.

I come from humble beginnings, but my vision was never meant to stay local.
Elevation requires movement & intentionality.

This is what it looks like to live as your higher version self. 🍒
