A little side quest while shooting with @almayj at @vicmarket to get some bratwurst with all the fixins while judging others topping choices.

Great catching up with David @oldpalmliquor for a tasting and introducing the team to the range of vinegars including the Tart Tonic Shiraz Shrub. It's an amazing venue @almayj and the team have going on. Can't wait to see what magic they conjure up with the Grampians Vinegar gear. 💥

Dine Out officially kicked off last night. Here’s a little recap of our event at Old Palm Liquor, where two of Australia’s most accomplished wood-fire chefs came together.

At Neighbourhood Wine we went behind the scenes and sat down for an incredible lunch by George.

Menus like this don’t happen by accident… and they wouldn’t be possible without the relationship and quality ingredients supplied by GG’s Gourmet Foods.

Without giving away any secrets 👀 we spotted some of our premium products making an appearance across the dishes:
Smoked trout crostini — crème fraîche
Beef tartare — vinaigrette
House-made ricotta — cream
Casarecce pasta — mozzarella, black pepper & casarecca

Each dish showcases the connection between suppliers and chefs, where top-tier ingredients meet skill, creativity and execution.
