What another brilliant Rotation Garden Party! Amazing music and djs all weekend surrounded by friends old and new!

Dean and Ben alongside the extended Rotation family have created something really special in the Staffordshire countryside and it’s a pleasure to be a part of it.

Highlight for us of course was hearing @richard_sen_coma play his remix of @40_thieves_sf which sounded so good in the cosmic yurt.

A lot of people were asking about Volume Two of the compilation which we’re happy to say is now complete so more news on that coming next week!

40 Thieves are back!

The long time Leng family return with something typically 40’s; an EP of their brilliant deep, dark and bass heavy sound with Alona on the vocals!

The hallucinatory and gently mind-altering ‘Love Is’ gets re-amped by Richard Sen in the way only he can with a spaced-out and otherworldly rework.

‘Let Me Show You’ gets deep into the San Francisco nu-disco scene the 40 Thieves have been a part of since its earliest days.

Their Dub version effortlessly draws out the percussive elements and kicks it straight to the late night hours.

Much ❤️ to @laynedfox @djcorster & the 40 Thieves family xx

Label boss Jason Peters returns with a new EP on his own imprint, Roam Recordings. In this latest offering titled In the Dark, JP collaborates with Alona of 40 Thieves fame, crafting a fun yet moody dark disco experience.

The EP kicks off with the title track ‘In the Dark,’ a dancefloor-ready anthem with arpeggiated basslines and energetic melodies underpinning Alona’s sultry voice.

Accompanying the original is a remix from the talented Vhyce, who pushes ‘In the Dark’ into an even darker realm, layering in classic drum machine beats and intense, serious vibes.

The EP also features an instrumental version of ‘In the Dark’ for those who crave the pure essence of the track.

Rounding out the release is ‘The Way You Are,’ a hypnotic, driving tune that pulses with energy.

With In the Dark, Jason Peters once again showcases his ability to curate a unique and captivating soundscape, solidifying Roam Recordings’ reputation as a forward-thinking label in the electronic music scene.
