What an honor having @elenabrower teach with @allybogard at Primal Moves tonight — grateful we share a home for movement and stillness. 🙏

Thank you to the Primal circus movement community for sharing your art.

How do you find stillness in the hustle of life? 👇

Had so much fun at @primalmovesvenice meeting up and moving with friends! What an epic space to gather and create! While we visited there was a music jam, acro class, yoga and a women’s circle all hosted with ease… Steve and I would spend all our days here if we were in LA 😍💫

Someone recently described @primalmovesvenice as a Blue Zone for Venice, and I love that.

It’s a multigenerational community where people come together around movement, healthy living, finding stillness, and supporting one another in living happier, healthier lives.

It’s a place to train, to play, to connect, to recover, to hang, and to find a little more balance in life.

More than a gym, it’s a community built around moving well, living well, and growing together.

Here’s a little photo dump of what that looks like sometimes: finding balance, joy, community, good food, stillness, training hard, connection, and gratitude. #powerofplay #primal #movement #gratitude #handstands

If you haven’t checked out Refinery Fitness Collective yet… what are you waiting for?
We’ve built more than a fitness studio—we’ve built a place where people come to challenge themselves, connect with others, and actually enjoy working out.
Indoor cycling. Strength. Pilates-inspired classes. Yoga. Aerial yoga. Barre. Recovery. Personal training. Specialty classes. One studio. Endless ways to move.
Come see why everyone leaves feeling stronger than when they walked in.

Some film with @terronstudios 🖤

The last shoot I did living on Oahu this year - a really fun surprise & a perfect combination of all the elements I love.

On another note: I showed my mom these photos and she said "Woah! That's a really nice rock!" 😂

Unfortunately, the main organizer of our calisthenics meetups @calisthenics.keanu couldn’t make it out Sunday but lots of the rest of the crew did! The youngest of our crew @jettyseson keeps getting stronger with his muscle-ups! His brother @sw.jjay is also one of the youngest but he loves calisthenics and trains everyday so he’s already one of the strongest of our crew! @jaydenseson and @isaiah.keona also started the UH calisthenics club! 🔥 Obvious the regulars like @michael_thegymnistisntonsocialmedia, 😛 @marcusmagbert, @bennie_gold808, @n808dogg and @ken.0rihuela were also there. I also finally got to meet @coryefitness who recently moved to Hawai’i! @yvy.lulu and @eva_acro our two handstand queens couldn’t make it but I finally got to meet @alora.g who is also a handstand master, aerialist, acrobat, and apparently a contortionist 🤷‍♂️ I privileged to be the oldest OG of this super strong and talented crew! 😛 fo’ real doe… 🤣 I hope everyone reading this finds as solid and talented a training crew that motivates and inspires you as much as mine does! 🔥 #hawaii #hawaiifitness #calisthenics #fitcrew #mycrewisbetterthanyours 😛

Some magic behind the shoot: modern day light sabers, holding poses absolutely still for long periods of time, and @stupolks 🪄 running a marathon of circles around us in the dark

Biggest challenge I've faced in 2026 so far:

Trying to hold an aerial croc without looking like I'm absolutely sh**ting a brick 🙂‍↔️
