Better together. 🤜🤛 The Benavides family just proved that when the “team” at home gets on the same page, incredible things happen. From finding their rhythm at @d1.madison to reclaiming their health, their transformation is about so much more than just a workout—it’s about a total lifestyle shift. They didn’t just change their habits; they changed their future. Read their full story and see how they did it at the link in our bio!

May 2025: the great reset button. I spent my final days as a resident in Alabama, ready and eager to make the switch to a new life in California. From Huntsville, to Denver, to Los Angeles, I relived the history of my entire life in a single road trip. Talk about a walk down memory lane… 4 days, with my Olive 🫒 🐾 by my side. From farmland, to mountains, to desert, and the ocean, it was so fun getting to show her the places I’ve been and her new home. She loved the dog beach and I can’t wait to take her back for more ocean action this summer. I can say with confidence, I am exactly where I am meant to be. Thank you, universe 🙏🏼🩵

I spent the weekend with some awesome friends and fellow moms at #momcon2019. We laughed, cried, and learned so much. What a great way to start another year of MOPS! We had our first meeting today, and I can tell it’s going to be a great year. I am so grateful to be able to serve these amazing women who are raising the next generation. 💗 #tothefull @mops_international @mandyarioto
