MAMA’S BACK😁💪💪….. Yall, this was one of the hardest weeks EVER!… After much soul searching and discussions with my coach, i had a “come-to-Jesus” moment last week… I realized I had been going nonstop for 3 years straight and I had officially hit burnout… I was dreading workouts and pushing them off… I knew things didn’t feel right and knew I had to do a hard reset… this was a humbling experience and it made me realize my love for lifting/training… Although, I do have to say, i could not have picked a better week to take off from the gym… I was so busy getting last minute things ready for my running groups 3rd annual 5k this past Saturday (which went amazing 😁), not going to the gym took some stress off…. Even though I wasn’t training I was still keeping my nutrition in check and making sure to hit my 12k-15k steps daily… I really think this break will jumpstart my muscle growth and light a new fire in my belly… we hitting that winter arc… head down, keeping focused and grinding TF out💪💪. #neverquit #bodybuilding #fitover40 #wellnesstraining #cantstopwontstop #burnoutisreal #recovery #musclerecovery #winterarc #keepgrinding

Because the plates or kettlebells with the bands around them bounce and sway, your stabilizers & secondary muscles are under way more demand than with a normal barbell. That’s why it feels shaky and why you can’t load it nearly as heavy. Strengthening these stabilizer muscles and secondary muscles improves overall stability and contributes to greater total strength. A great way to use it for supersets as well.

I hope this information is helpful! Most of the barbells can all be used for very similar exercises: Chest pressing, shoulder pressing, and squats. The smaller curl bars for bicep curling, or tricep extensions and shoulder pressing.

Long day for the #gingerswimmer. Up and at em to get started on his senior parking spot then straight to Destin for a long swim meet. He swam in all 5 events and PRd in every single one. Taking more than 10 seconds off of his IM and finally dropping below the 60 second mark on the 100 Free💪🏻. What a day! All the extra hours at @templefitnessnwf and tune ups with @alpha_doc.rizzo sure are paying off!
As a senior he's growing and leading so well and we could not be more proud. @jackson._.tm we love you and can't wait for the rest of this season!

Waiting on pics and video from the event and @ethan850m to share all the things, but hard work was put in and hardware was won! A superb natural package thanks to @nikk.keefe 💗 after a random decision while sitting on the couch 8 weeks out from the @ocbfireandiceclassic . Thankful and proud!
