My attempt at humor.

Seriously, I wish I could do more to support my friends.

A lot of folks have been very nice to me as I've gotten things started and I always feel like I can do more.

Trying to stay hydrated going into my final 10 days on the road.

I appreciate y'all very much.

Be good, my friends.

First to 100. First to 250. First to 500. First to 1,000 classes. 🔥💪

Kyle “Fitz” Fitz sets the standard for consistency at F45 Westlake Conroe! Those milestones represent hundreds of decisions to show up, put in the work, and keep getting better. 👏

And his work doesn’t stop at the studio doors. Fitz is an incredible HYROX athlete with several flags earned across the Open and Pro divisions, taking that same drive and determination to the race floor. 🏁

He brings the heat, embraces the challenge, and ALWAYS shows up. Whether you’re walking into your first class or chasing your next milestone, Fitz is proof of what you can build when you keep coming back.

Give Fitz some love in the comments! 👇🔥

Off to 6th Grade Camp 🍂

Nolan was so pumped this morning to head off to Camp Hopewood. Took him shopping to go pick out a new sleeping bag & all the essentials like a big guy haha 🥹

Perfect weather & the most badass duffle bag to boot @alphaeliteperformance

Can't wait to see him in a couple days & hear all the deets. Of course I'm a nervous wreck. This is Nolan's forst experience like this away from mom or dad. 🙈 all by his lonesome.

Prayers for safe travels & activities for all kiddos. ✝️

I used to be all about the gains. Now it’s all about longevity. I train so my body can keep doing everything I love for decades to come.Strength isn’t just about aesthetics. It’s an investment in longevity, mobility, independence, and quality of life.Train for the body you want. But more importantly, train for the life you want. #fitness #health #wellness #fitspo #bikini
