six years ago, we were six months into covid when schools announced a second year from home was imminent. with the construction company closed & my child learning algebra from the couch, i threw caution to the wind to open “jesse adele’s virtual accounting,” or JAVA, services. today marks year six. to commemorate my best year yet, i’d like to showcase six new clients who are out there making a splash in the real world. @bistro303kc kansas city’s premier gay bar & bistro (and i must underscore their chef!) sits window-facing passersby, smack dab on westport road. @stayinkansascity kansas city’s airbnb partner & host whose rentals don’t begin and end with bookings, instead they include translation services, aerial photography & videography packages (and more!) to help clients with their brands, alongside their bookings. @high_desert_turquoise who provide a detailed curation of hand-crafted authentic hopi, navajo, and zuni jewelry. @alphalitkc whose light-up marquee letters are one of my latest hyper fixations & whose installations all over this incredible metro of ours have shone brightest. @stitchsocietynaples (whose story is still being stitched!) is developing into a boutique embroidery shoppe whose pop-up embroidery machine can allow for the most unique events commemoration. from monogramming to patchwork, logo-ing to baby’s first — they stitch it all! @shenergycollective is a wellness & creative community who host vibrant/inclusive pop-up events, themed workouts, and mindful retreats that blend culture, community, and personal empowerment. as my client list grows, so too does my pride in being able to help women in business, minorities in business, and the beloved lgbt community. java may have been forged out of a hope that working from home could work for me, but it’s instead gained me friends & colleagues, new opportunities & experiences, fresh opinions & support. here’s to another six years ahead!

Who would’ve thought that two kids could find their person in junior high and get to experience every season of life together.🥹🥹 Watching Abby and Will reflect on all the years that brought them here was so incredibly special. Planning their wedding felt especially meaningful because it wasn’t just about one beautiful day — it was about celebrating a love that has grown, evolved, and stood the test of time. There’s something so magical about watching two people who found each other so young finally stand at the altar and begin their forever. Some love stories just feel like they were written long before the ending was ever known. ✨ So grateful I got to be a small part of Abby and Will’s next chapter. 🤍 Venue: @whiteironridge Planning + Design: @theperfecttouchkc Hair + Makeup: @theposhkc Caterer: @brancatoscatering Floral: @goodearthfloral Photography: @westrosephotography Videography: @katephotoandfilm Content Creation: @theperfecttouchkc Dessert - Cake: @bluethistlecakes Dessert - Macaron Towers: @katesmithsoiree Violinist: @meyadimusic DJ + Dancing on a Cloud + Dance Floor: @fernandoproductionskc Bride Attire: @bridalextraordinaire Pipe + Drape: @lelucilighting Photo Booth: @kcphotoboothco Marquee Letters: @alphalitkc Signage: @scriptyourevent Bride: @abbywattss

We absolutely LOVE our tall florals 🌸 the only thing they require? a lil extra arm length 😭 Swipe alllll the way to the end to see the behind-the-scenes struggle of getting these beauties up top… because floral talls require an extra set of hands , stretch, and then voila, magic ✨ Venue: @whiteironridge Planning: @theperfecttouchkc Photo: @westrosephotography Film: @isabellauby Floral: @blushandblossomsco DJ: @djalexreedkc Saxophone: @midwestmixtapemusic Catering: @garozzosristorante Cake: @mclainsbakerykc Bridal Gown: truesociety_bellevogue Hair: @ciaobella_kc Makeup: @samanthacbeauty Photo Booth: @kcphotoboothco Transportation: @showtime_limokc Marquee Letters: @alphalitkc Linens: @citychicdesigns Dance Floor: @twiceonsundayband Couple: @sarahschiesl @austin_hinck tall floral arrangements, tall wedding florals, elevated floral arrangements, statement florals, luxury wedding florals, wedding decor, wedding centerpiece ideas, blue and white florals
