🧠🥋 SITUATIONAL TARGET REPS

High-performance training is not just about executing techniques, it’s about preparing the athlete to recognise, respond and adapt under pressure.

Situational target reps recreate realistic moments that can occur on the court: specific distances, angles, timing, reactions and tactical scenarios.

The objective is to build quality repetitions with purpose, allowing the athlete to repeatedly experience the decision making demands of competition.

Over time, these situations become more familiar. The athlete learns to see the opportunity, make the decision and execute without hesitation.

Train the situation.
Train the response.
Train the competition.
