Huge congratulations 🥳 to our Member of the Month for February 2026 @alrightgal_ AKA Gary Mead 💪

Despite being incredibly busy running businesses & being a family man Gary has been consistently training at lunchtimes since joining us as well as his weekly #personaltraining session with @jamesstpierre

Read about his experience in his own words below……..

“I didn’t expect this at all, but really appreciate it.

I joined UR to focus on overall strength & conditioning now I’ve hit 50, and it’s made a real difference. Training with James each week keeps me consistent & moving properly, which is half the battle.

It’s a great group of members & a genuinely friendly team, which makes it easy to show up & get it done. I just need to get my diet fully on track & be consistent now… although seeing the meals Steph preps for James, she might need to start a food prep sideline to help me out 😂

For me, it’s about staying strong, staying fit & keeping that going for years to come.

Big thanks to James & the team - and to @stephieblueyes for everything behind the scenes.”

Great job Gary. Keep up the great work! 🥊 💥

@unique_results Superstars Training Montage!

Can you spot yourself or someone you know?

We pride ourself on being the ONLY training space in #chelmsford #essex to specialise in helping people over 50 get stronger, be more mobile & FEEL healthy, LOOK healthy & BE healthy!

We’re NOT the biggest, we’re NOT the flashiest (if that’s a word?) we’re NOT the newest (it’s our 18th Birthday this year) BUT we ARE the BEST if you are over 50, want to take charge of the next few decades, don’t want to wrapped up in cotton wool BUT do want to be looked after by a training team who have been doing this for DECADES & can relate to YOU!

A cracking day walking up Snowdon to start the year off with two absolute champions - @mark__waldron for wearing shorts like a madman and @alrightgal_ for coming up from Essex to join us.

All of us fell over, all of us took the wrong turn and all of us stepped up and did something different to kickstart 2025.
