66.7kg at the start of us working together vs 66.9kg
4 weeks into prep!
4 months of pushing food up, pushing training intensity through the roof. We got into the low 70 kg’s at peak body weight! @als_kerr was feeling pretty uncomfortable 😂 but she pushed and pushed. Trusted the process and in as little as 4 months changed her shape completely!!!

Alice won’t be moaning about the amount of food she’s had to eat for much longer 😂
18 weeks left 🏆

“Bodybuilding is a lonely sport” - only if you let it be that way ❤️

Grateful for the people I have met along this journey and will continue to meet through this journey, these photos don’t even represent anywhere near the near the full extent of friendships and connections made.

It’s very easy to close yourself off and keep your headphones on in the gym and keep yourself to yourself, not make that fitness account etc but it has brought me many people who are on similar journeys to me and it’s made the whole time amazing 🙏🏼

A few captured moments from the CJM Bikini posing workshop hosted by me and Jodi 🫶🏼

Another great turn out so a huge thank you to all you girls who came down and made it so special! The atmosphere and support within the group was incredible and I hope you all took something away from the session.

Group sessions can be so beneficial for building confidence and familiarising yourself with posing alongside others, such as that on show day.

More to come in the pipeline who would be interested in attending a Bikini posing seminar? Let me know in the comments 🤩

Coming from a previously difficult place with food initially, Alice’s goal was to grow muscle and achieve food freedom, and we’ve definitley achieved that now, it’s really rewarding to see that for a client.

No more confusion
No more seeing foods as good and bad

More structure & routine & understanding
More food freedom/ flexibility

The goal should always be for the client to feel confidence about nutrition for the long term

Which is why she has reaped the benefits within not only her mindset around food but in her physique development especially - 5kg up since November, leaner which indicates a lot of that is new muscle built.

And her goal is to step on stage in 2025... but we’ve spent a good time building the foundations of training, nutrition, sleep, recovery, routine, communication before she even gets to her prep.

Which in my opinion is key 🤝

so... have your nutrition habits improved this year, or declined?

Nutrition is what 99.9999% of girls struggle with when they come to us for coaching hands down

I’d love to also help you achieve more knowledge, understanding, structure and flexibility around food.

Which is why now I have a team chef!! Who is helping all of our clients to enjoy variety and exciting meals.

Because you can still get in shape without eating chicken salads or dry mince and broccoli.

Let us show you how 👇

All I need is 10 seconds of your time to complete the enquiry form in my bio 🤝 or simply DM me today 🩷

Nothing ruins your posing like unnecessary rigidness when trying to get into said poses..

We want smooth, elegant, effortless transitions.
The thing we DONT want is to have to focus on forcing the ROM.
The thing we definitely do want is all boxes ☑️ so we can simply enjoy the moment and feel comfortable and confident you’re hitting all poses beautifully.

@als_kerr has recently started her journey to the stage. We’ve got her fixed up from the get go!

SAME WEIGHT! 🤯

Little same weight transformation for our bikini queen @als_kerr 🩷

Feb ➡️ Now

February was 3 months into her growth phase and today, almost finished her first mini cut.

Today, visibly leaner - weighing the same which would indicate new muscle has been added - in all the right places 🙌

When it comes to physique development, you can see here that number on the scales is just a small tool. 🔨 and doesn’t show the full picture towards an athlete’s progress.

Perfect little recomp here 💪🏻 this shows the importance of spending time both in and out of a deficit to achieve that desired look and level of muscle mass.

Proud of the groundwork that @als_kerr is putting in both in the gym floor and away from it. Your ability to execute consistently through not only the good but the bad days will dictate your long term success.

To enquire about your own physique development transformation - DM us or @marsharosefit or apply through the link in our bio 👑
