🔥 ¿Alguna vez has probado el Queso en Fuego? Créeme, no te vas a arrepentir. 🧀

🔥 Have you ever tried Queso en Fuego? Trust me, you’re not going to regret it. 🧀

@chefakhtar and I took the cheese pull seriously on this one. Smoky poblano, chorizo, creamy green salsa, three kinds of cheese, and a splash of mezcal to bring the fire ((just like it’s done at @altacalidadbk)).

It’s rich, smoky, spicy, and made for gathering around the pan with some friends and A LOT of tortillas.

If you love bold Mexican flavors, hit save so you don’t lose this recipe!

My sweet July…every year you bring with you the start of a new revolution and for many of those new beginnings I didn’t understand why you chose me to bestow such gifts upon. I think I’m starting to get it now. I am so stupidly, sickeningly grateful for all the angels that keep me lifted, in this realm and any that lay beyond. And overwhelmed and honored by the privilege of life.
