FINAL, HERE WE GO! 🥹🙏🏽🇲🇺

I was at peace all day, and then came one of the longest moments of my career... 😮‍💨

For a few minutes, I felt doubt trying to take over. But instead, I chose to pray, and pray, and pray, and pray... Because in that moment, it was no longer in my hands.. it was in His. 🙏

I'm so grateful to be a Commonwealth Games finalist. 🥹🇲🇺❤️ Let's keep believing and dreaming. ✨

Thank you to everyone for your prayers, love, and support. One more race tomorrow. 🇲🇺💃🏽❤️

Thank you for capturing these emotions so beautifully 📸 Gabriella Pieraccini & 📽 Giovanni Lindor

Construction is progressing on the Mall de Flacq in Mauritius, with approximately 94% of its GLA already committed.

A partnership between Alteo and Ascencia, with Atterbury acting as co-developer and technical partner, the 24 000m² lifestyle destination is envisioned as a modern, accessible retail and lifestyle destination tailored specifically to the eastern region of the island, addressing a long-standing gap in quality retail, dining, leisure, and essential services.

The centre will be anchored by grocery retailer Winners, supported by electronics retailer Kalachand, Decathlon, banking services, and a mix of national and international fashion groups.

Food and beverage, health and beauty, and convenience categories have show strong interest, says Atterbury, with several first-to-market and new-format stores expected for the region.

Its architectural approach responds to Mauritius’ climate and landscape, inspired by the pristine pockets of nature, while prioritising natural ventilation, openness, and intuitive circulation. Generous public spaces, shaded walkways, and landscaped areas will encourage social interaction and ease of movement. The project is being developed in line with EDGE certification standards.

Bulk earthworks commenced in mid-January 2026 with opening planned for Q3 2027.
