At BBBSBA, we empower our Bigs with the tools they need to support their Littles’ mental health and wellbeing. Our Bigs provide encouragement, guidance, and a consistent presence in the lives of young people.

Here are just a few vital resources to share with Bay Area youth and families this #MentalHealthAwareness month.

✨La Familia (@livelafamilia): Comprehensive community and recovery wellness programs right here in the Bay Area.
📱 Soluna (@soluna.app): A free, confidential app with 1:1 professional support specifically for teens and young adults (ages 13-25).
🤝 AlterCareLine (@altercareline): No-cost crisis support and human connection available 24/7 across California.
🏛️ Youth.gov: Federal tools and evidence-based programs to strengthen youth support systems.

Find our full list of resources on the Big Community page of our website.

👉 Young people are facing an epidemic of loneliness. Now more than ever, we encourage you or someone you know to sign up to be a Big. Click the link in our bio to get started today.
