One girl with a dream. Two girls slinging hair. And a vision that was bigger than both of us. 🤎✨
ALTER EGO Hair Co. started with one girl, a whole lot of faith, and a vision to create something different.
But one thing I’ve learned along the way is that who you build with matters just as much as what you’re building.
The right people will believe in your vision, push you to grow, show up when things get hard, and help turn something you once only dreamed about into reality.
What started as a dream has grown into a salon that’s about so much more than beautiful hair.
I never wanted to just create jobs. I wanted to create careers. Opportunities. Stability. A place where people could build a life they love, not just a clientele.
And today, I’m incredibly proud that ALTER EGO is growing into a company that can offer our team:
✨ Paid Time Off (PTO)
✨ Vacation villa getaways
✨ 401(k) with a 5% company match
✨ FREE behavioral health benefits
✨ Convenient care health plan
✨ Continued education and career growth
These are things I once only dreamed of being able to provide.
Has it been easy? Not even close. There have been sacrifices, growing pains, hard lessons, and plenty of moments when giving up would’ve been easier.
But building something meaningful takes more than a vision. It takes the right people who are willing to grow with you.
I’m so thankful for the people who have been part of this journey, the ones who believed in the dream before they could see the results, and the team that’s helping carry it forward today.
Because at the end of the day, success isn’t just about how big your business grows.
It’s about how many people get to grow because you built it. 🤎
From one girl with a dream to a team with a future.
And we’re just getting started. 🥂

Lived-in color, luxury results, and an experience to match. 🤎✨

A little dimension, a seamless blend, and a whole lot of confidence!

This transformation was all about creating a soft, dimensional, lived-in blonde that feels effortlessly expensive without the commitment of constant maintenance.

But my favorite part of this appointment? Knowing how she felt when she left my chair. 🥹🤍

Swipe to see the transformation AND the sweetest words from my guest. Reviews like these remind me why I love what I do. Beautiful hair is always the goal, but making every guest feel comfortable, confident, and genuinely cared for is just as important.

To my future lived-in blondes and brunettes, this is your sign! 🤎

Holiday season is one of the busiest times of the year, and my books are filling quickly! If you’ve been thinking about a color refresh or a complete transformation, NOW is the time to get on my books!
