i thought i’d take a moment to introduce the face behind the camera, HELLO! i’m madi! first & foremost im a big fan & follower & friend of Jesus. Hi, I’m Kalli. I’m a wedding and elopement videographer here in the amazing state of Utah. I’ve been so lucky to work in many other beautiful places too, like New York, Oregon, California, Hawaii, Mexico, Canada, and most recently Italy. I’m often asked what my inspiration is for my films, and honestly it’s you guys! Each film is different from the last, just as each of my couples are uniquely different. My inspiration and drive for doing this is to capture your story and biggest day, true to you and how your future generations will like them remembered. My favorite skill I’ve developed over the years, is knowing when to step in and when to step back. This has taken literal years of being in all kinds of scenarios to learn, but now it feels like second nature. I know when to chime in and give you some guidance. I know when to offer direction and instructions. I know when to shower you with compliments and make conversation. But I also know when to stand back and stop talking. To let a moment melt and develop all on its own. To know that it’s not my time to shine, or interfere. To forget cameras are present. This. I see you, and know the importance of the big and small moments. Thank you for being here, and following along whether you are a past client, future client, fellow vendor or simply a supporter. I still do, and will never stop doing a happy dance every time I get booked. 🩷

The WED’s NYC Soirée at @thestandardhighline was nothing short of magical—a luminous evening of the wedding world’s most inspired hearts gathering for cocktails, conversation, and celebration. Hosted in the breathtaking High Line Room, talents @honeythymeevents curated an experience that felt both intimate and otherworldly, complete with a minimalist grazing table, dramatic draping, vintage film projections, and of course, incredible artfully arranged calla lilies by florist @blxxm__.
