ALVAR | 12 Nov | Gothenburg

Alvar has been on my want-list as guests for ages, and finally I have found the right time and place for them to come visit. Un-Inåt Bakåtly they have been performing in Sweden (dah) and Gothenburg once before, invited by Twice A Man in 2015, throwing an all instrumental set. As back then they´re once again under the epithet of being a duo, but with the difference that their set nowadays contains voices - plus a proper 89kg:s of metal gears.
Live on stage: 20.15.

The inaugural release from Ngwale Records, Nduna Mkomanile Remixed, marks the label’s first-ever release, bringing together 16 tracks by African Imperial Wizard, fully remixed and reimagined. Available as an exclusive gatefold double vinyl and digital release, the album is distributed worldwide by Tesco Distribution Germany and lays the foundations for a newly forged ritual realm, entirely reshaped by experimental artists from the international scene.
