You’ll find me jogging around for hours, yelling “Go Navy!”, chilling with my Camel and #OEWFamily, or teaching Semper Gumby & Purple Elephant.

Dr Miller and Dean Winget took a moment after the 9/11 memorial stair climb to share their 9/11 and Global War on Terror experiences. So grateful for their service. 🇺🇸They had to get a selfie while they were at it. #neverforget 🇺🇸🗽🐪

I am incredibly thankful to @jupiterdaisy for gifting me with a ticket to Inspire 2024 and to @latreash_designs for being my wing woman. Uplifting speeches, welcoming community, Jack & coke, a massage, amazing food, and networking... it was truly an amazing event!

Tickets and shirt options are in the links in my bio. Car pooling is massively encouraged! As is bringing the family!

Now the info:

Mental Health awareness is a topic near and dear to me. It's why I volunteer with @operationenduringwarrior. I've always wondered how I can best help the organization, and I know fundraising is a huge portion of the bottom line.

That being said, why not SWEAT FOR SANITY! On Sept 14 we are going to have a kickass workout, hosted by @uncommonlydriven at 10am. Where you ask? Right in the parking lot at @athleticbrewing! @wshufelt and Co have been amazing supporters of OEW for many years, so what better way to keep this partnership going.

We are looking for another trainer to host a 9am workout. If you know anyone - or I'd that someone is you - please reach out through DM or at K.gelineau@enduringwarrior.org

This event is going to be amazing! There will be shirts for sale, non-alcoholic beer for sale, and just some all around great people. We're working on a food truck or two as well.

It is a ticketed event, so make sure you get yours ASAP. But you can join virtually or buy a t-shirt! Check the links in my bio.

If you or your organization would like to donate anything to this or our annual gala In February to sell or auction, @operationenduringwarrior would be very grateful. Please reach out to me and we can set that up as well!

Thank YOU for making this event unforgettable!

Welcome to the family, our youngest honorary MAT member! He has definitely earned it! @operationenduringwarrior put on another wonderful gala to celebrate our organization. We continued to Honor, Motivate, and Empower our members! Tampa had some beautiful sunshine on Friday (Saturday and Sunday could have used some work haha).

Next year's goal - bigger and better! Where is it? RICHMOND, VA!

Family comes in all shapes and sizes. Mine is big, located all over the country, and honestly - amazing. Nicole knows me better than anyone - and reminded me to, you guessed it, #smile.

Family comes in all shapes and sizes. And all over the country. This time, my #OEWFAMILY met up in TX. I couldn't be more proud of these people. I love them all. See you all next year. Let's hope the weather is a little bit warmer.
