95% Process. 5% Outcome. 💥

Walk into a fight (or any high-pressure moment) obsessing over the result, and it's like you're carrying a bag of rocks on your shoulders.

It's baggage. Extra, uncessary weight. ❌️

You can't move light, and you can't perform at your best.

The real work happens now. In the present. Before the fight. ⏳️

You stack the work ahead of time so when the moment comes, you're already in the best position to win. You're not cramming the night before the test.

You're ready because you prepared. ⚔️

Drop the weight. 🪨

Focus on the daily work. ⚡️

@tristan_bjj_g13 kicked off the night for us bringing home the W on @furygrappling card! We couldn’t be more proud of him. The hard work he puts into his training showed in his match this evening! He listened well and was able to capitalize to get the submission!

Thank you to all the @beaconmmakids @beaconmixedmartialarts teammates that were able to come out to support and those supporting from afar! 💙🌊⚡️

Every fighter or competitor you've ever faced has had the same doubts you do. 💯

🥸 Imposter syndrome.
🗣 Talking yourself out of it.
🫪 Being your own worst critic.

There's no shortage of talented athletes.

When it matters, the difference is who has the tools to manage what's happening in their head:

🗡 Cutting through the noise.
🛠 Managing your emotions.
🔘 Resetting when things get hard.
🫁 Controlling your breathing and your actions.
🧠 That's the mental game, and it's a skill you can train.

If you know you're capable of more than you show when it counts, DM me "MENTAL" and let's talk about what that looks like for you.

Stop chasing the win. 🛑

When you're fixated on the outcome, you lose sight of the process that actually gets you there.

Victory isn't something you catch. 🚫

Victory is what happens when you've left no stone unturned in your preparation. When you've given it your all. ⚔️

Physical readiness. Mental conditioning. Daily habits. Every detail has to be locked in. 📝

Whatever work you skip today, the other guy is doing. 💯

Stop faking confidence. It's not a personality trait, it is a learned skill.

It's a byproduct of competence.

Confidence is what's left over after you've put in the work nobody saw. The early mornings. The things you didn't want to do. The times you studied the when you could've been doing anything else.

If you skip the hard work, you can wear whatever mask you want, but deep down you will know the truth. You know what's underneath it. And so will everyone else, eventually.

Put in the work and the confidence takes care of itself.

The biggest "secrets" I teach combat athletes is actually meant for you. 👀

Mental performance isn't just a sports thing.

It’s a life thing.⚡️

The same tools that help a fighter stay composed under fire are the exact same tools you need to handle the stress of your career, your family, and your daily responsibilities.

Remember, how we do anything is how we do everything. 📝

If you're looking for over the top, feel good methods or someone to hold your hand, you're in the wrong corner of the internet. 👀

My approach isn't built on clinical theory, hope or other guru garbage. 🗑

I operate in reality. That means facing the discomfort, removing the excuses, and protecting your time and mental capacity from things you have zero control over. 🔋

This space is about the process, building systems, and actually getting things done. ⚔️

If you're ready to do the real work and learn how it's done, stick around. ⚡️

If you want to keep on believing the exuses you are making for your self, keep scrolling or unfollow. 🤷🏻‍♂️

The concepts in this carousel aren't theory. ❌️

These are the exact problems that I see and the exact standards that I hold my clients to. 💥

The root problems, regardless of my clients age, background or experience are usually the breakdown of daily systems, lack of tools, and false identities. 🎭

When you put the right systems in place you begin to build real discipline and establish mental and emotional control. 🧠

After that, the results take care of themselves. ⚡️

Become who you said you’d be. 💯

You're not perfect. Life isn't perfect. 💯

And that's ok. 😎

What advice would you give to your younger self?
