Prima rondata doppio in flat.
Nessuna spinta extra, solo la mia.
Pavimento normale non facilitante

Un piccolo traguardo che ho sempre voluto raggiungere ma che ho creduto impossibile per me.

E invece eccoci qua, trust the process.

The First Ever BERG Girlpower Meetup!🤸🏼‍♀️😍⬇️

An unforgettable weekend filled with fun, progress, and pure girl power! 💪✨ For the first time ever, so many girls came together to bounce, support each other, and build amazing friendships at @bouncelab_belp . Seeing everyone push their limits, learn new tricks, and share endless laughter was truly inspiring!

Huge thanks to @berg_global , our main sponsor, for making this meetup possible, to @altivity_la for the awesome shirts, and to BounceLab Belp for providing such a fantastic space to bring this vision to life. We can’t wait for the next one! 💕
Tag all girlflippers you know:)⬇️

🌋PUSHING MY LIMIT AGAIN🌋 #techgrind
FFF & FHX4BACK on 3x3📈crazy Filler too😍
+-----------------
I have been working on my basic technique consistently for a whole month, and hard work always pays off😤
I still can't believe I did these things that I thought were impossible for my abilities on this tramp.
Unfortunately, a few days later I hurt my knee and had to take a break from flips for a couple of weeks.
Nowadays It's still unstable to push hard, but I'm slowly getting back into it💪🏻
