Throwback to last week’s free community workout class at @tsfitness!

A massive thank you to Noam and the incredible TS Fitness team for completely crushing us (in the best way possible) and to everyone who came out with so much energy!

After sweating it out, we headed around the corner to @shakennotstirred, using our @cheerstotheseason apps to score a free drink with our meal. It’s one of the coolest spots on the Upper East Side for incredible food and cocktails - I mean, just look at how stunning these drinks are! 🥂✨

Good sweat, amazing food, and even better company. It really doesn’t get better than that. See you all at the next one! Cheers!

| BAGEL BITCH | Someone asked me after my post yesterday- “but are you really giving an honest opinion? “

YES. But I think we need to understand the assignment.

The comparison isn’t your favorite bagel shop bagel or the chicken salad loaded with mayo that we all know tastes amazing. That’s not what this is trying to be.

This is the healthier alternative to the things you already love.

Do you have to shift your palate from those a little? Sure. But if I can have a bagel with around 200 calories and 10g of protein, topped with a schmear that’s cottage cheese-based instead of traditional cream cheese — or chicken salad that gives me what I’m craving without being loaded with mayo — I’m in.

So yes, my review stands. It IS fab ! 🥯💗
