In life we get one at bat, one shot to do it all the right way. I’d be lying if I said I always did the right thing, but I’ve learned from past mistakes. Learn to forgive yourself and never hang on to a grudge or regret. Keep your heart open and your mind alert to new things new opportunities and new friends. • • Family is what drives me, because I’ll be damned if I don’t give them the best fucking life they deserve. I train like an animal, so that when life hits hard im already prepared to fight. It’s not one moment that defines us, it’s getting up everyday putting a smile on and taking life head on with no fear that will define us. • • Love is stronger then hate Family is forever and Strength is never A Weakness. Have an amazing Sunday My Fit Family, train hard enjoy your loved ones learn something new and Never look back💯 #bodybuilding #asthetic#athlete #pumpchasers #love #allheart#classicphysique #fitfam#shreddedlife#dadlife#fitdad#fithusband #gymlife#noregrets #training #nodaysoff#fuckexcuses #powerlifting #nubodapparel #daddysgirls#dadbod

The deadlift is something I strive to be great in So tonight I hit 375x9 just missing that 10th Rep that I know I should have gotten and honestly 3 more reps. That’s the thing you never know how many reps you get left in your life, so when you step on that stage or you step in that gym you respect the fact that your still standing. 🔽Continue • • I say this because next time it won’t be 375x9 it will be 375x15 why because I won’t quit. I’ll go until my hands bleed or I can’t stand anymore. Because I owe it to myself and everyone in my life to give every last fucking ounce of strength I have left. I refuse to be average in anything in my life, so when my numbers up, I know that Never I gave less then my best that’s all god ask. • • @rushmoneymitch1 is what I’m bumping, the song is FWM Gets me hype every time for heavy lifts • • Have a great weekend fit Fam, be grateful and stay blessed that you have today to make a difference. #bodybuilding #powerlifting #deadlift#deadlifttillimdead #strength#classicphysique #strengthtraining #hardcore#motivation#inspiration #liftheavy #fitfam#gymlife#nodaysoff#projectliftordie #nubodapparel #fuckaverage #hardwork#noexcuses #lifeswork #passion
