POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

A wonderful weekend in the mountains with friends of nearly 20 years. A little Friendsgiving, cooking together, laughing until our stomachs hurt, and simply catching up on life. We all have our own challenges and successes, but a few days together is such a special recharge. So thankful for these friendships/trips and already looking forward to the next one!

July and August have been packed with new experiences, transitions, and everyone in our family saying YES to new things.

New schools, new businesses, new sports, new friends, new skills, new routines, new traditions, new schedules and new memories. 💕

So far these are the best times of my life. 🤍

We tend to stick with things when they are connected to something deeper. 💯 So maybe it isn’t actually about how we look on our upcoming vacation. 🤔 Maybe it’s REALLY about our relationship to ourselves, and others, and how that slowly transforms our lives. ✨#atlantamom #womenwholift #momswholift #atlantafitness

You never know what the woman next to you had to overcome just to walk through the gym doors today.

She may have negotiated childcare.
Finished a stressful work call in the parking lot.
Felt guilty for taking an hour for herself.
Wondered if she was too tired to even start.
Held some resentment from a partner.

But she showed up.

That’s why I love lifting with other women.

It isn’t about who’s the strongest.

It’s about being surrounded by women who keep choosing themselves, even when life gives them every reason not to.

Every workout is quiet proof that strength isn’t something you’re born with.

It’s something you BUILD, one decision at a time.

If you’re looking for women who will cheer louder for your consistency than your perfection, you’ve found the right corner of the internet. 😉 #atlantamomfitness #womensstrengthtraining #atlantamoms #womenwholift #momssupportingmoms

Tag a woman who keeps showing up. ❤️

I have never struggled to understand why strength training matters, but now that I’m. Mom, I have struggled with is finding women who want to do it together…. 😕
Women who are serious about getting stronger, but are also navigating daycare schedules, demanding careers, traveling husbands, sick kids, interrupted sleep and the constant unpredictability of motherhood.
Women who do 🚫NOT🚫 need another person telling them to “prioritize themselves” as though they have just forgotten. They know!

They need a plan that accounts for their actual life.

They need somewhere they can show up imperfectly and still make progress.
They need people who understand why getting to the gym that day may have required more effort than the workout itself. 💯
💪That is the community I am building here in Atlanta.

A group of women who lift together, encourage each other, celebrate measurable progress and make strength feel like something we get to pursue, rather than one more responsibility we are failing to manage.

🔥I’m starting small and intentionally looking for the right women in Brookhaven, Buckhead and the surrounding Atlanta area.

If this sounds like something you have been missing too, DM me LOCAL. Tell me a little about yourself and what getting stronger would make possible in your life.

June was a turning point. 🪐

Not because everything suddenly became easy…but because I started feeling like myself again.

This month brought old friends, new friends, plenty of laughs, meaningful conversations and a reminder that community has a way of finding you when you need it most.

I’m grateful for every person who made June what it was. Looking forward to what’s next. ❤️⚓️🚀🫶🎶 (also pictured: @shenandoahband @martyraybonmusic @dustyslay @the_pinecone_project @5oclocksomewherefest @aaronthespeaker & fashion by: @argo.us)

It’s something special when you find another mom/family who understands that chaos is the norm. When you have multiple little kids, the expectations need to drop, and we enjoy the seconds of peace, flow and when everyone is fed and playing nicely. Zero judgement. Just doing life alongside one another. These are the blessings. 🫶🥰. #twinmoms #twinmom #threeunderthree #momsofmultiples #momomultiples #boygirltwins #momlife #momfriends #mompodcast
