A week later, and I’m still thinking about everything I learned at Club University.

As Fort Dance gets ready for our first full season, I’m incredibly grateful to have had the chance to learn from some of the best in the industry. The ideas are already making their way into our classes, systems, and plans for this year.

Growth doesn’t happen by staying comfortable. It happens by staying curious.

Here’s to continuing to learn, continuing to evolve, and giving our dancers the very best we can. 🤍

This weekend we had the opportunity to attend Club University at Club Dance in Arizona, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish.

We spent the weekend learning from industry leaders, observing mock classes, diving into choreography, and taking part in backend operational sessions that challenged us to think differently and continue growing as studio owners and educators. A special thank you to our Tap Director, @caitgarry , for joining us and investing in this experience alongside us.

At Core, we believe that learning never stops. Just as we encourage our dancers to seek out opportunities to grow, push themselves, and evolve, we hold ourselves to that very same standard.

Every class we take, every conversation we have, and every new perspective we gain helps us become better teachers, better leaders, and ultimately create an even stronger experience for every dancer who walks through our doors.

Everyone talks about Club producing some of the best talent in the nation, and of course you want to know all the secrets. But honestly, what impacted us most over these last two days had nothing to do with choreography or technique.

It was the people.

Their owner, directors, and staff are some of the most genuine, kind, honest, hardworking, and inspiring people we’ve had the pleasure of learning from. They’ve built something so much bigger than incredible dancers—they’ve built an incredible culture.

We spent the last two days learning, growing, asking questions, and soaking up every bit of knowledge we could. We are leaving inspired, motivated, and with our fire burning even brighter.

Thank you, @clubdanceofficial , @kelli_wilkins5 , and @alyslone , for opening your doors and pouring into us. We are so grateful for your honesty, generosity, and willingness to share.

Now it’s time to head home and put it all to work at EVOLVE. We are more excited than ever for what’s ahead. Season 3, Let’s EVOLVE! 🤍✨
