A year went by 🤔 and what a year. Lots of things happened 🩷

But me showing up at @nordicdanceacademy for the @radartechnique classes - I wouldn’t want to miss it 🩷 @rebeccadavies_official I love the way you explain the technique and I love your kindness in the classes 🩷 It is an honor to meet you every year 🙏🏻 and to meet your assistants, this year it was @alyssa.m.dance 🙌🏻💪🏻🫶🏻

Thanks to @nordicdanceacademy for letting me attend these classes again this year. It is fulfilling and amazing to take the long way to Randers. I know my mother also loves it, because then she have the opportunity to talk to you @signevoldby 🩷

See you next year 🩷🫶🏻💪🏻🙌🏻🙏🏻

Why did I name these turns PIN BALL TURNS?
🎱 The bottom foot should act like a lever pushing around fast
🎱 The top arms need to equally push and pull snapping in to drive the hips around

The core exercise you’ve been missing from your pirouettes training
🌪️ So many dancers have rounded shoulders when they turn
🌪️ Stiff necks and uneven arms are from lack of strength
This drill helps target the weak areas and build a deliciously long and strong upper body to support the rotation in the hips
