Q2, 2026: heart (permanently) on my sleeve ⇣

Countless hours clocked at the beach. Work trips rocking @aritzia power suits. Turned an old tattoo I didn’t love into something I do. Started shooting hoops again (lots of bricks, but we laugh a lot). Witnessed two humans I love dearlyyyy marry their soulmates. Treated myself to a week at @thewilliamvale in my beloved Williamsburg, loving on people who I’ll never get used to missing. Kept up with my exercise routine amidst all the travel. Pool days, pastry mornings, pasta evenings. Danced more, laughed often, prioritized play, let go of some things I needed to let go of. Felt all my feelings, over and over again. Continued to be in awe of this life I’ve built by the beach and the people who surround me in it, who showed up for me during the painful parts of this quarter. Ohhh, how I love you all dearly.

The veil feels thin.
Calling it in for Q3.

September, in New York.

With some of my favorite people, places, and pastas.

I still can’t believe I don’t live here anymore.

And at the same time, it’s hard to wrap my head around the fact that I ever did.

New York City, ILYSFM.

It felt dazzling to dip back in, and heavenly to head back home.

Life, you continue to amaze me.

Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Some of my favorite July moments!

Eleven years ago, at the age of 22, I began working part-time at Kaleidoscope Juice while attending medical school. Seven years ago, I shifted my career focus to pursue a master’s in Human Nutrition, aiming to enhance Kaleidoscope, and partnered with my friend and founder, Alexandra. Now, nearly four years have passed since I transitioned into the role of owner and CEO while completing my doctorate. My journey in nutritional science has been unconventional, but I wouldn’t change it for anything. This business has truly transformed my life! Building it alongside friends who have become family has been an incredible joy. Kaleidoscope has nurtured me and taken me to so many amazing places—The Hamptons, New York Fashion Week, hosting wellness summits, providing personalized nutrition assistance, collaborating with professional sports teams and athletes, and helping children with their nutrition. We have faced many challenges, store closures, and even a pandemic. However, with full faith I can say the brand is stronger for it all and I’m proud to be living my Kaleidoscope Juice girl dream 🧃
