🏝What is Crab Island?
Crab Island, is a huge sand bar right in the heart of Destin, Florida. You can rent a pontoon boat, drive to Crab Island, and spend the whole day there enjoying the ocean, music, food boats, ice cream, family, friends, and the sun! Crab Island, has it all and is PERFECT for all ages!!
It is perfectly safe to leave the boat, walk around, and visit the variety of bars, food boats, businesses, etc. out on the water for you!

🏝What if my family can’t drive a boat?
That is OK, you can book a captain for the day!
Once you find the boat rental company you want to book through, you can ask for a list of recommended captains. They will give you a list of reliable, trustworthy, and knowledgeable captains that you can call.

🏝How long do we stay at Crab Island?
You can stay as long as you want! Most boat rental companies have the option for a half day or a full day boat rental. Normally the hours for a half day are 9-1 pm and 2-6pm or a full day 9-6pm

🏝Is Crab Island worth it?
WELL DUH!!!! This is the perfect day for all ages!! If you want a day away from the beach, this is the perfect activity for you! 10/10 recommend

🏝Will we see any marine life? SHARKS?
Yes, It is always possible to see marine life! You have to remember we are in their home when we are in the ocean. Yes, it is safe to walk around without any worries. BUT, there is always the possibility of seeing crabs, fish, dolphins, sharks, sea turtles, etc.

To our people, Bryson and I love you endlessly and are so thankful for your support and friendship. We couldn’t ask for a more fun group of friends who know how to bring the party!!

The most beautiful, smart, driven, funny, and loving group of women I know. I adore you all so much!

The guys - Thank you for talking sports with Bryson. Thank you for being Brysons golf partners. Thank you for welcoming me. Mainly, Thank you for just being the guys. You all rock!

It’s not about what you have, but who you have. And boy did we hit the jackpot with this group.

[ Part 1: The Morning of the Big Day ]

It was full of excitement and nerves. Today was the day I had planned for, dreamed of, and prayed about for so long. The day I would marry my best friend! I had a smile that could not be wiped off my face and a sense of calmness through my body.

We woke up bright & early to start hair and makeup! (Shout out to the amazing @bangsandblush_ team)

We spent the morning getting ready, reminiscing, laughing, crying, in shock that today was really the day, and popping Champaign bottles.

I decided to write letters to each of my bridesmaids and little did I know they surprised me with the same🤍 as like many times that day, the tears were flowing at this point!

I revealed my dress to my girls for the first time! (No one had seen my dress expect my mom, Brysons mom, and his grandmother.) This was one of the hardest secrets to keep for months!!!

Both moms received their gifts. My mom helped me get into my custom dream dress from @winniecouture and it all started to feel real. This was it. Today was the day! 🤍🥂
