"She doesn't care how I look.

She doesn't care what size I wear.

She doesn't care how much I weigh.

She only cares that I'm here."

Posted a year - and 75 pounds - ago.

Still just as true today.

The difference is that I now know that I know that I know that I will be.

I wanted to live.
For her.
And I'm doing just that.

26 years ago @alyssaley1008 made her way into the world. She kicked out of her swaddle from the second she was born and has be paving her own way ever since. She's beautiful, smart, and independent. She loves fiercely and with her whole heart, and she is such an amazing partner to Scott and mom to Aria. She's one of my life's greatest blessings, and I'm grateful God picked me to be her momma. Happy birthday, Alyssa! I love you way up past the sky! 💖💖💖

371 days ago, I chose me ...for you.

You, sweet and precious girl... You are my WHY.

I want to live to see you on your first day of school and your last day of school.

I want to live to see you dream big and to be here when you make those dreams come true.

I want to live so I can be your ear and your shoulder and to hold your hand through life's ups and downs.

I want to live because you deserve to have a MiMi who will be here, by your side, for a long, long time.

I want to live for you ...for me.

Happy birthday, Aria. Your MiMi loves you more than you will ever know.

Thank you for being my WHY.
Thank you for saving me.

Aria decided her baby needed to ride on her shoulders. I thinks she needs to work on her technique. Turn up the sound, you will be glad you did!
