A cozy charcuterie spread featuring a variety of Poshi olives, perfect for snacking, sharing, and adding an easy savory bite to the board.

Went to Iowa to catch some fades and collected a shiny belt ending the tournament with 4 wins and 2 KO’s. Humbled to be among such amazing humans and compete at the largest Muay Thai tournament in North America. Eternally grateful for my fight family @jaxmuaythai

Women’s sparring recap 🤍

What a privilege to be surrounded by strong, driven women who continue to show up, learn, and push each other.

Shoutout to Jax Muay Thai for the rounds and the great work they are doing for their women there, they have built some beasts!

More to come in 2026 🥊
