It’s hard to explain but, in over three years of doing this every Sunday, we have not once gotten back home after LFRC and thought to ourselves, man, we really shouldn’t have gone today… it is ALWAYS one of the highlights of our week getting to run with you on Sunday. We hope you have a great week! See you next Sunday, and every Sunday after that…

Guys it was so quiet without Sir Teddy. 10/10 time. He had a good vacation too.

part 2 of all the memories we made in AZ ✨ 🌵 🐴 We went around the airport several times. We learned where cactus seeds form. We tried the best prickly pear mocktails. We ate more cake. We watched the sunrise and listened to different birds. We rode horseback in the desert. We started and finished books. We burned our feet on the scorching pool floor. We decided Culinary Dropout was the best food we had all week. We experienced Laura’s first time at a club. We made sure I kept my Duolingo streak. We got the shakes and not the ones that brings the boys to the yard at Solidcore. We let mama Gabrielle enjoy a massage. We journaled and shared vulnerable moments. We ate another custom cake. We had early morning farewells and a long drive to LA. love my girls to the moon and to saturn 🤎

part 1 of all the memories we made this week in AZ ✨ 🌵 🌅 We slept minimal hours. We rode a unicorn. We ate the best Caesar salad. We had a song dedicated to us at the Rusty Spur. We walked in the heat of the McDowell Sonoran Preserve. We read poolside, inside, everywhere. We watched the Diamondbacks win with glizzies. We devoured a beautiful custom cake. We pulled off surprises. We listened to “august (suli’s version)” written by Alyssa. We cried tears of joy and belly laughed. We drank a lot of coffee and made delicious mocktails. love my girls to the moon and to saturn 💖

Travel in Amalfi was a complete shitshow today. Took eight hours for me to get to Bomerano. Had to take a taxi from Salerno to Amalfi, because there was a strike, a closed road along the coast, & the ferries were cancelled because of wind. Add all of that to a few cruise ships in port, & it was nothing short of frustrating. However, a frustrating, eight-hour travel day in the Amalfi Coast of Italy beats eight hours of working any day. As you can see, it was a perfect day. And, I met a new friend from DC. Plus, I got my first Italian "Ciao, bella!" cat call walking to my flat today. Long day, but not a bad one. 🩵🍻

La Coop recently had a whole latte fun while caffeinating the crew and band members backstage during the @resetconcertseries at @merriweatherpp! This is your sign to let us cater your next event. 😎 (Can you identify the photobomber?) . . . #lacoopinthewild #coffee #guatemala #coffeeshopvibes #coffeehouse #DMVcoffeeshop #DMVcoffee #coffeetime #coffeeshop #coffeeoftheday #coffeebean #coffeephotography #coffeepic #specialitycoffee #coffeelover #coffeeoftheday #coffeeroaster #singleorigincoffee #patterndesign #guatemalancoffee #cafedeguatemala #coffeescene #arlington #dmvcatering #catering
