if you feel like you’ve been putting in the work at the gym but STILL aren’t seeing results… this might be why! here are three things that will completely change the way you train: 1. follow a structured plan- walking into the gym and doing whatever you feel like that day isn’t going to get you very far. 2. stick to a plan- give your program at least 4–6 weeks before switching things up. you don’t need new exercises every week to see results. 3. progressive overload- if you’re lifting the same weights, doing the same reps, and never challenging yourself, you’re limiting your growth. moral of the story: stop overcomplicating fitness. you don’t need MORE workouts, you need a better plan and the consistency to follow it. 🫶🏼 💌 need help taking the guesswork out of your workouts? DM me (PLAN) and let’s get you started! #explore #exploremore #explorepage

and before y’all get it twisted... 🫣 no, this is *not* me crapping on Ozempic. I think it can be an incredible tool for the right person, in the right situation, under the guidance of a healthcare provider. ‼️BUT…‼️ I do think it’s telling that a woman loses 15 pounds after two months of consistently lifting, eating better, and showing up for herself... and the first question she gets is: “Are you on Ozempic?” we as a society have gotten so used to believing every transformation must have a shortcut behind it that we’ve forgotten what consistency can actually do. can we start giving people credit for their hard work again? because this girl earned every pound she lost. 👏 hard work still works. 🤍 if you’re ready to stop chasing quick fixes & build a lifestyle that actually works… comment the word “READY” and I’ll show you exactly how. #explore #exploremore #explorepage #fitnesstransformation
